Prop and Decoration Contest

This Halloween we are building a spaceship that will teleport you to an alien planet. We need your help bring the event to life, and you could win four, 1 day passes to Disneyland!

Contest rules

• Must sign up and register for contest at the clubhouse. Unregistered contestants will not be eligible.

• Must be a resident of Blackstone over the age of 18 to register.

  • Obviously, we want this to be a family fun contest. We encourage people of all ages to unleash their creativity. We just need to ensure there is adult supervision.

• Any props and/or decor must be hand made. Commercially purchased products will not be accepted.

• Cannot have sharp edges, cannot be a fire hazard, cannot be dangerous, cannot contain choke hazards, nor be hazardous in any way. Cannot easily break apart or be damaged if touched or bumped into.

  • Thousands of kids and adults attend this event every year. Let's be real, kids get curious and grabby, some adults get a little wobbly... And grabby...

• Low voltage LED lights only. No incandescent or halogen bulbs of any kind can be used.

• Any electrical wiring must have properly secured connections and operate off a standard 110V plug or be battery operated.

• Wall or ceiling mounted props must be able to securely fasten without risk of falling or breaking apart.

  • Again, kids get grabby and adults get wobbly. We can't have people getting injured from falling debris.
